We at yair often work on weekends and public holidays for our members, but at these times we are more likely to reach the limits of our capacity and spontaneity. In addition, we have to apply a surcharge for most weekend operations – we’ll be happy to advise you about this in advance. Please inform us about your weekend or public holiday service needs as early as possible so that we can really be there for you on your chosen dates. This, of course, does not apply to you if you have VIP membership. Then we are really always at your disposal!
As good as … we are genuine trouble-shooters. We love last-minute calls, and are aware that we can help our members best when we can be there spontaneously for them. Nonetheless, it can happen that we are unable to deal with a task at a certain time, for example due to capacity issues. But even in these cases we always do our best to find a solution or a person to deal with the matter. In any case: we are always happy to hear from you – simply call us and we’ll do whatever we can.
We understand that. We get that. Some of our members actually begin working with us hesitantly or only after careful consideration, or even while their frustration is growing. Also because many of the things that a personal concierge can help you with are just that: personal. The good news: you don’t have to give up control. And you certainly don’t have to delegate everything or even a lot. You always decide yourself in the individual case. Our advice: if you have doubts, start slowly. With a first task that we can handle for you quickly and simply. Or just take time to get to know us, without tasks. In a personal talk we will be happy to share our long years of experience with you – also on the question “how do we start?” We are there to make life easier for you – right from the first, sometimes difficult step.
How do I know that I can trust you? Do I really want to give you access to my home or my credit card details?
You can trust us absolutely – if you want to, of course. For many of our members it has proven very practical to entrust us with keys, for example, because certain tasks require our physical presence in homes or offices. All keys are kept securely locked away without any external identification features, and are only used with prior notice and in connection with a service authorised by you. Credit card data, passport numbers and certain passwords are often left with us, for example to make travel bookings or online orders.
As always, we want you to feel comfortable with us. You decide how much trust you are prepared to grant us. And us? We do everything we can to earn the trust of our members every day. Because we never take it for granted and genuinely value it highly.

We at yair would congratulate you wholeheartedly if that applied to you. If you never had to worry about bothersome daily tasks, if your work-life balance could be regarded as a model for our whole society. Anyone who believes that he has nothing to delegate has usually not quite grasped the fact that delegating improves your own quality of life and that others, we for example, can understand very well what matters to you. You have a to-do list, in your head, on your mobile phone or on paper? Then you do have tasks that you tend to postpone. Get rid of everything that you don’t want to do yourself! Many of our members can only think of one or two things they can delegate at the beginning – and then they notice lots of other things they can easily liberate themselves from with our help.
Don’t worry: whatever we know about our members and who these members are will not be disclosed to the rest of the world. Not even a small part of the world will learn about it. Discretion and confidentiality are the cornerstones of how we think and work. Perhaps you noticed that we don’t name any references on our website. This is a matter of discretion. In short: your private life remains private, just as everything else in relation to you. In the case of onsite operations, we do not reveal our identity to neighbours, for example, or postmen. Or, if you like, we say that we are friends of the family or employees of your company. In the meantime we are even in-laws-proof. We’ve learned to bluff a little, and discretion has always been a point of honour.
We suggest: simply call us. Whether you already have a list with tasks to be delegated or just a budding idea about decluttering your life: we are always happy to hear about you and your concerns. We will also be happy to have a personal talk with you. That way we can find out what exactly will help you and how we can best fulfil your needs. And then? Then you lean back and let us get to work.
By no means! Personal assistance has become “normal”. Most of our members are neither rich nor famous. But all of them have one thing in common: they are busy people who know that the investment in membership with yair relieves them, makes things easier for them, helps them to advance, and simply makes their life better.
That depends. We would say that the chance that we do what you would like to be done is actually very high. Let’s put it like this: as long as it’s not illegal or unethical, we can almost always find a solution. We take it on – or find someone who has or can do what you need.
Another inhibition that we sometimes observe in our members is the idea that the tasks to be delegated are “too banal”. But to us nothing is irrelevant! We post letters, drive to apartments to check that you remembered to switch off the iron, or clean up the kitchen because guests are arriving at short notice and you are still busy somewhere else. Because our aim is always to help in exactly the way that our members need there and then. There is nothing to evaluate or classify, and we certainly don’t keep ranking lists of the importance or banality of any task. We make all of your concerns our own.
A personal concierge or assistant is someone who is there to make life easier for you. Who manages your to-do lists or deals with them immediately – so that you have more time for the important things in life. A personal concierge is someone who you can call or contact by e-mail to free you of bothersome or eternally postponed tasks – all handled personally, professionally and confidentially by yair. Just imagine us at yair as your own personal 5-star concierge. You will see: there is hardly anything that we can’t manage for you or instead of you.
Our head office is in Vienna. Because we like to be close to our members, we work mainly in and around Vienna. But we also like to travel the world. An extensive network of suppliers and cooperation partners allows us to cover a very broad spectrum of services, including, if necessary, at large distances from our head office. We are often booked beyond Austria to work in Switzerland and Germany.
Personal assistants are there for anyone who needs more time. For anyone who no longer wants to deal with far too many bothersome tasks that life and work keep throwing at us.
